Lise Jensen began her career at Allegiance part time in 2005, moving to full time in 2009. She was drawn to the company because she was able to work with the skills she had right out of college. Plus, she says, Allegiance allows her to learn about additional areas she’s interested in. An added bonus: Lise had a great background about Allegiance as Mark and Sonja are her parents. Prior to joining the company, Lise worked in sales.
Her primary responsibilities focus on accounting and human resources. The favorite part of her job is helping clients solve their problems. “Our goal is to make their job easier,” Lise says. Another great thing about working at Allegiance, she says, is the company camaraderie. “From barbecues to game nights to attending local sporting events, it’s a fun time for the entire office to get together and meet everyone’s families.”
Lise says that one of the things that sets Allegiance apart from the competition is its size. “We have all the resources to do the job well, unlike a large corporation with red tape and rules that would slow us down. Our staff really cares about our clients and their success.”
Lise resides in Fargo. In her spare time, she enjoys being active outside or indoors, Pilates and watching movies.
