Allegiance Fundraising enhances productivity and preserves the integrity of your data. The system is designed to allow you to enter data accurately and quickly, with as few keystrokes as possible. The database is updated as data is entered. No posting is necessary.

The system automatically notifies you of suspected duplicate accounts during data entry. A utility scans the database for possible duplicate records which can be merged with a simple drag and drop, combining all data with no loss of information. A complete detailed history of all pledge and payment transactions is saved for each account.

Daily reports detail all transactions and create the interface file and audit trails for the general ledger.
Aging and financial control total reports help you meet the FASB requirements.

Robust Reporting Capabilities

Comprehensive analysis is the key to learning more about your listeners, viewers and members and deepening relationships with them. Allegiance stores every piece of data in its own field so you can conduct sophisticated analysis in nearly unlimited combinations. A vast range of built-in reports, as well as custom reports, allows analysis of single campaigns or multiple campaigns conducted over time. Allegiance offers five types of analysis reports, and you can define up to 999 customized reports for each type. You can also save your parameters and select them to run at any time.

Allegiance stores a file in each account with a record of each mailing they were ever sent and which segment they were in for each mailing along with a snapshot of their account status at the time of the mailing. Preserving this data is vital for accurate useful analysis reports.
