HEP Development Services Integration

Three HEP Development Services products, now available through Allegiance, integrate with the Web and Matching Gifts modules to help you maximize matching gift revenue.

The Gift Plus Online tool can easily be added to your fundraising web pages to give your donors the option to quickly search for their employer to see if the company will match the gift. The donor will automatically receive specific company matching policies, instructions and often, the forms needed to obtain the matching gift. Plus, the company information will be added or edited in the database, the relationship between the donor and the company will be created, and a matching gift pledge record will be generated.

Challenge Pages for Social Networking

Turn your audience into advocates. The Web module gives you the ability to take advantage of social networking trends. Invite your donors to create and drive traffic to their own personalized web page to generate online gifts for your station.

Donors can upload a photo and customize the text on their challenge page to urge their family and friends to match their pledge and support your station.

Once approved by you, one click creates and sends an email to the donor containing their URL which they can post on social networking sites such as Twitter or Facebook, and email to their network of family and friends.

As respondents to the challenge enter their pledges, their name and pledge amount are added to the donor's challenge page.

You'll maintain control of each challenge page and see pledge detail and statistics. Onscreen reports give you quick access to challenges and responses in real time.

Browser-Based Volunteer Pledge Entry

Seamless Data Transfer

Seamless integration means there is no need to import a file from an external system or explain to an outside source what is accepted as valid data.

All transactions and data entered via the web or by volunteers using the browser-based entry are stored in a verification file until they are reviewed and approved by your staff prior to acceptance into the Allegiance database. Data never leaves the in-house server.

Prospect names and addresses are collected via surveys and contests and are stored in the database along with any other information provided by the prospect. You'll be able to track which surveys and solicitations were sent to each person and each person's responses.

  • The Donation Tracker allows you to set goals with any criteria such as "60 pledges of $30 or more in the next 15 minutes".
  • Instantaneous on-screen reports for challenge-matching countdowns.
  • Add excitement to the studio and motivate your viewers or listeners by setting a bell to ring each time a pledge is made on your web page.
  • Goals can be changed as often as you like for special challenges and short term goals.
  • Reports can be defined by combining any group of source codes or dates.

Web-Based Campaign Reports

  • Web-based password-protected Campaign Pages total pledges from web, mail, on-air and other sources to show progress in real time for each campaign
  • The Campaign Page can be set to display the number of pledges, average pledge, amount pledged, amount paid or fulfillment percentage for each method of solicitation used in the campaign

Now in Beta testing, a new interface connects Allegiance Fundraising with Constant Contact. This interface provides the ability to use Allegiance functions to generate and send lists directly to your Constant Contact account, track click and open rates, sign up website visitors and send automated communications to new subscribers. The automatic synchronization of subscribe and unsubscribe requests will make it possible to easily manage your contact lists from within the Fundraising system. Constant Contact has the ability to provide high email deliverability rates due to its strong ISP partnerships, no-tolerance spam policy, and participation in anti-spam industry groups. Plus, Constant Contact eliminates the need to maintain a server for your email marketing.
