Learning Never Stops with Allegiance Software University Events, Webinars, Tutorials

Allegiance helps you optimize the benefits of your system with Allegiance University, which offers software training, webinars and tutorials, including:

Fundraising System Initial Training - Before you even begin using your Allegiance system, we’ll be at on-site to train you and your people for a minimum of five days. And, since our programmers will have already converted your data, you will be trained using information that’s familiar and makes sense.

Traffic and Corporate Support System Initial Training - We build your system from scratch making sure to cover every angle prior to coming onsite for final installation. During the pre-install period, the trainer/installer will meet with you online several times per week to build your log structure and provide training on that area. Then, we train you and your staff onsite for a minimum of four days. Post-install, your trainer works with you online.

Ongoing Training -You and your staff may need refresher training, or you may add new people who aren’t familiar with the system. We design special training programs to fit your needs.

Onsite Training – At Your Location or Allegiance - Every year, Allegiance hosts four, week-long training events designed to cover our systems from front to back. You can choose to attend the entire week or pick the days that cover topics most critical to you.

Online Training - Need more station-specific training or want to minimize travel expenses? We’ll design a virtual training event for you.

Webinars, One-on-One Online and Self-Paced Training - Sometimes you might need a quick refresher or want to learn a small part of your system. We schedule time to cover specific topics of interest to you. Or, attend one of our monthly, one-hour webinars to learn tips, tricks and best practices on a variety of areas in our systems and modules.
